Social Selling Hour: Leadership and Customer Experience w/ @DanielNewmanUV #SShour

By Brian Fanzo,

August 11, 2014
CEO & Author best-selling business book,This week Social Selling Hour welcomes Daniel Newman CEO of Broadsuite and author of 2 Books including Amazon best-selling business book, “The Millennial CEO,” and the brand new release “The New Rules of Customer Engagement.”

SShour is excited to have Daniel as a guest this week for many reasons. Not only is his social business success remarkable but his social selling insights as a CEO and as a social leader aren’t just ideas or theory — rather they are tips and proven methodologies that he has implemented within his own company. As co-host of SShour and a new partner at Broadsuite I am very excited and honored to have Daniel share his thoughts with us today. Daniel has also published these insights on his community Millennial CEO as well as Forbes, Huffington Post, Entrepreneur and other well known sites.

I created this slideshare based on Daniel’s Entrepreneur post: 9 Steps to Get Your ‘Social-Selling’ Program Off the Ground as I believe each of these steps are important and do a great job of explaining the Social Selling program which aligns with what our guests and community have been discussing over the past 13 weeks

.

In #SShour’s 14 week’s Rachel & I have both changed companies and jobs which is both chaotic and exciting but equally as exciting has been the amazing growth, guest appearances and buzz #SShour has created. Rachel Miller @rachelloumiller is Pipeliner Chief Listener and Brian Fanzo @iSocialFanz recently joined Broadsuite as Chief Digital Strategist and Partner. SShour is not only growing and attracting attention as a twitter chat but also utilizing G+ Hangout technology to interview guests live during the twitter chat. You can see watch #SSHour’s previous hangouts here on YouTube.
